A single bad land deal can wipe out a family's savings — 5 to 50 million FCFA lost in a forged title, a boundary dispute, or a seller who never owned the land. In Cameroon's most active cities — Douala, Yaoundé, Bamenda, Buea, Bafoussam — this is still a weekly occurrence.
Why we exist
The pieces needed to stop this fraud exist today: registries, surveyors, lawyers, and notaries. But they don't talk to each other. Each actor verifies a small part of the problem. The buyer is left to assemble the truth across offices, queues, and phone numbers — and is often the one who pays when anything slips through.
ApexX fills that coordination gap. We're not another registry and we don't replace the government. We're the trust layer on top — combining title authenticity checks, seller identity matching, and boundary monitoring into a single workflow that protects both sides.
What "verified" means on ApexX
Every verification runs three checks: legal (is the title authentic and unique?), physical (does the boundary match and is there an overlap?), and identity(is the seller who they claim to be?). We roll those into a plain risk level — Low, Medium, High — so you don't need a lawyer to interpret the result.
