- Verification data: title numbers, land descriptions, coordinates, uploaded documents (IDs, titles, survey plans).
- Usage data: logs of actions taken on your account — submissions, approvals, transfers.
How we use it
To operate the service: run verifications, issue access codes, trigger alerts, and notify you of activity. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and security
Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is limited to ApexX agents who are actively processing your case. Administrative access is logged.
Sharing
We only share verified reports with a third party when the land's owner has explicitly approved the request through an access code flow. We do not broadcast documents publicly.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account at privacy@apexx.example.com.
