Getting started
ApexLands by ApexX is built around four core workflows: protecting owned land, checking a report before buying, browsing verified marketplace listings, and managing ownership transfers. If you are new, the best place to begin is the How it works page.
Common support topics
How do I verify land before I pay?
Create an account, submit the land title details you have, upload supporting documents, and wait for the verification review. If the seller already has a completed report, ask for their private access code and request the report from Land Access.
How do I list land on the marketplace?
Marketplace listings are available after a verification has been completed. Once your plot is verified, you can choose to make it visible to buyers and add a sale description, asking price, and listing boost options.
Why is an owner approval required for full reports?
Verified reports can contain sensitive land and identity information. ApexX protects that data by requiring the owner to approve every external request.
Troubleshooting
- If you did not receive a verification code, check your spam folder first.
- If a land access link expired, submit a fresh request with the owner's code.
- If you see a mismatch in title or boundary details, do not proceed with payment until the issue is resolved.
- If you cannot sign in, use the password reset flow or request a new login code.
