How it works

Four workflows. One goal: truth before money moves.

Whether you're buying, selling, protecting, or transferring land in Cameroon — ApexX handles the hard part. Here's exactly how each workflow runs, step by step.

Protect your land
Flow 01 · For landowners

Land Owner Verification

Submit your title, mark your land on the map, and upload your ID. Our team reviews everything within 24–72 hours and issues a verified report plus a private 30-character access code you can share with buyers.

01
Submit your title

Start a verification with your title number or land description.

02
Attach your identity

Upload your ID card and a selfie holding it for identity matching.

03
Mark your plot

Drop a pin and trace your boundary on the map to lock in your GPS coordinates.

04
Agents review everything

Our agents validate documents and run duplicate detection, boundary overlap checks, and identity matching.

05
Receive your report

Get a risk score, a downloadable PDF report, and your unique 30-character access code.

Verify before you pay
Flow 02 · For buyers with a code

Buyer Land Lookup

Got a 30-character code from a seller? Submit it with your contact details. The owner gets an email to approve or deny — no report is released without their explicit consent.

01
Enter the access code

Submit the 30-character code you received from the seller along with your contact information.

02
Owner is notified

The landowner is emailed immediately with Approve or Deny links — they remain in full control.

03
Report is released

On approval, you receive a secure link directly to the full verified report.

04
Review every check

Read the risk score, document status, boundary results, and identity match — all in one place before committing.

Explore verified land
Flow 03 · For browsers

Marketplace

Landowners with a completed verification can list their plot publicly. Visitors browse verified lands with risk levels and contact owners directly — no middlemen, no surprises.

01
Owner lists the land

Owners toggle their verified land as for-sale and set a price — listing appears on the marketplace instantly.

02
Visitors browse

Anyone can view the plot summary, risk level, and boundary info without creating an account.

03
Contact the owner

Interested buyers message the owner directly through the platform — no middlemen involved.

04
Request the full report

Full reports remain gated behind an access-code request, keeping sensitive data protected.

Transfer with a clean chain
Flow 04 · For seller + buyer

Ownership Transfer

When it's time to transfer, the seller opens a tracked transfer request. Admin reviews the paperwork. On approval, a fresh verification is created for the buyer — establishing a clean, immutable chain of custody.

01
Seller initiates

The seller opens a transfer with the buyer's account email and the agreed sale price.

02
Documents uploaded

Either party uploads the sale agreement, receipts, and the buyer's ID for admin review.

03
Admin reviews

ApexX admin verifies the paperwork and approves or rejects the transfer with a reason.

04
Buyer's verification begins

On approval, the listing is cleared and the buyer's own fresh verification is automatically created.

How land verification, marketplace discovery, and transfers work

This page covers the core user flows that often show up in search queries as sentences rather than short keywords: how to verify land in Cameroon, how to check if a seller owns a plot, and how to transfer property more safely.

Workflows that map to real search behavior

ApexX structures the product around the four moments users care about most: protecting owned land, checking a land report before buying, browsing verified listings, and completing a transfer with better documentation. Those flows directly answer high-intent searches from buyers and sellers across Cameroon.
