How it works

Four workflows. One goal: truth before money moves.

Whether you're buying, selling, protecting, or transferring, ApexX handles the hard part — verifying what's real.

Flow 01 · For landowners

Land Owner Verification

Submit your title, mark your land on the map, and upload your ID. Our team reviews everything within 24–72 hours and issues a verified report plus a private 30-character access code you can share with buyers.

  1. 1Start a verification with your title number or land description.
  2. 2Attach your ID card and a selfie holding it.
  3. 3Drop a pin and trace your plot on the map.
  4. 4Our agents validate the documents and check duplicates and overlaps.
  5. 5Receive a risk score, a downloadable PDF report, and your access code.
Flow 02 · For buyers with a code

Buyer Land Lookup

Got a 30-character code from a seller? Submit it with your contact details. The owner gets an email to approve or deny the request — no report is released without their consent.

  1. 1Enter the access code and your contact info.
  2. 2The owner receives an email with Approve/Deny links.
  3. 3On approval, we email you a secure link to the verified report.
  4. 4Review every check in one place before committing.
Flow 03 · For browsers

Marketplace

Landowners with a completed verification can list their plot publicly. Visitors browse verified lands with risk levels and contact owners directly — no middlemen, no surprises.

  1. 1Owners toggle their verified land as for-sale and set a price.
  2. 2Listings appear on our public marketplace.
  3. 3Visitors can view the plot, read the summary, and message the owner.
  4. 4Full reports remain gated behind an access-code request.
Flow 04 · For seller + buyer

Ownership Transfer

When it's time to transfer, the seller opens a tracked transfer request. Admin reviews the paperwork. On approval, a fresh verification is created for the buyer — establishing a clean chain of custody.

  1. 1Seller initiates the transfer with the buyer's account and agreed price.
  2. 2Either party uploads the sale agreement, receipts, and buyer's ID.
  3. 3Admin reviews and approves or rejects.
  4. 4On approval, the listing is cleared and the buyer's own verification begins.
