These terms govern your use of ApexX. By creating an account, submitting a verification, or requesting a land access report, you agree to the terms below.

1. What ApexX is — and is not

ApexX is a verification and monitoring platform. We are not a government registry, a notary, or a legal authority. Our reports are informational and are not a substitute for formal legal counsel.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and authentic documents.
• Do not submit land you do not own or represent.
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your access codes publicly.

3. Reports and liability

ApexX reports reflect the information available to our reviewers at the time of verification. We do not guarantee that a report captures every possible issue with a plot. Users remain responsible for making their final decisions.

4. Payments and cancellations

Verification fees are due when a submission is made. Protection subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Refunds are handled case by case.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll email active users before material changes take effect.
